PARKING


(Violations may result in penalties)


Because of limited space, parking is a constant problem. Simply stated, each condo unit is assigned two parking spaces for personal vehicles: one in their garage, and one other assigned space. Commercial vehicles are not allowed to park overnight within the complex. There are a limited number of spaces that guests are allowed to use. When residents of a unit have more than two vehicles, the additional vehicle(s) are to be parked on Blue Jacket. No vehicle may be parked on our property for more than 72 hours without being moved. The parking of unlicensed vehicles, RV's, commercially licensed trucks, boats, boat trailers and similar equipment is not permitted on Chippewill property. The primary rule for all parking should be the consideration of one's neighbors. Parking in unassigned spots is not allowed. The Board member that has the responsibility for parking can cause tickets to be issued and authorize vehicles towed at owner's expense. This member can assist in all resident parking concerns.
