PET GUIDELINES

Unlike many condominium properties, pet deposits are not required of unit owners who own dogs and/or cats. However, the unattended use of the common areas by animals is severely restricted. Dogs are not allowed free access to the common areas and are to be leashed at all times. City rules and regulations apply to our property. Pet owners are responsible for removing the excrement of their animal from the condominium property. Owners are not allowed to walk their dogs in any part of the recreational area encompassing the swimming pool or playground. Unit owners with barking dogs that disturb the comfort and quiet of their neighbors will be asked to remove their pets from the property. Please feel free to report any violations to the maintenance manager.
